On May 25, the company organized a special project management training to implement the strategic measures of "product line project special management system", strengthen customer management, supply chain integration, product research and development and after-sales service, further optimize the company's human, financial, physical and other resources allocation, shorten the project cycle, reduce project costs, and improve project benefits.
The one-day training, through the teaching method of theoretical knowledge + practical case practice + interactive question and answer, aims to help everyone better understand and know the product line project management system, and effectively improve the project management ability. Company marketing, research and development, PMC, assembly and after-sales and other related departments and business backbone about 60 people attended.
