Announcement of invitation to bid on the project of selecting and employing annual audit service institutions

According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Finance "Administrative Measures for the Appointment of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" [Finance and Accounting [2023] No. 4] and other relevant provisions, the Company intends to invite tenders to select and hire annual audit service institutions.

First, the name of the bidding project: Shenzhen Liande Automation Equipment Co., LTD. Selected annual audit service agency project

2. Contents of the bidding project

(1) To issue audit reports on consolidated financial statements, and to issue audit reports on financial statements of subsidiaries and financial statements as required by the company;

(2) Issue the internal control verification report;

(3) Issue a special audit report on the summary of non-operational funds and other related fund transactions;

(4) To produce an audit report on the deposit and actual use of the raised funds;

(5) To issue other relevant audit statements, verification opinions and authentication reports issued by the annual audit accounting firm required to be disclosed by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the regulatory authorities.

3. Forms of bidding

The invitation to bid is adopted.
