The AOI Division focuses on utilizing cutting-edge industrial vision AOI technology to develop a full range of intelligent inspection equipment for the flat panel display industry, including automated optical and electrical performance testing. The existing equipment has been widely utilized in the flat panel display industry for defect AOI, including appearance, point-to-line images, MURA, and for detecting conductive particle pressure marks, automatic burn-in tests and other processes.
