On January 3, 2025, under a clear sky with a gentle breeze, the "LianDe Equipment" Dongguan Lianpeng Industrial Park was festooned with flags and resounded with drum beats. The grand opening of the "2025 Marketing Oath-taking Ceremony and 2024 Annual Departmental Report Meeting" was held here. Marketing elites from various battle zones and representatives of management cadres at different posts attended this grand event.

The conference featured group discussions focusing on core issues such as "marketing and internal control management for 2025", where delegates proposed numerous constructive and feasible solutions on how the company could "improve quality and efficiency".


In a warm and friendly atmosphere, heads of subsidiaries, branches, and business units successively made detailed reports to Chairman Nie about problems and deficiencies in their 2024 work, along with their plans and policy implementations for 2025.


After carefully listening to these reports, Chairman Nie said, “Throughout 2024, we have been busy around corporate culture, marketing management, technology research and development, new product promotion, after-sales service... We worked hard, contributed, and also reaped rewards.”


“Today, you come here with your 2024 report cards, amidst fluttering flags and thunderous drums, reminiscing about the extraordinary past year. With steadiness, diligence, professionalism, and hard work, you pushed 'LianDe Equipment' forward bravely for twenty-six years. I commend your great creativity and cohesion! I believe you will live up to history, the times, the company, and your loved ones, following orders like mountains and fulfilling missions!”


The meeting lasted from 9 AM to 9 PM, covering more than ten hours. Based on summarizing the company's marketing and management work in 2024, it focused on how to “improve quality and efficiency”, clarifying the determination, thinking, goals, and priorities for strengthening and deepening "internal control management" in 2025.

While summarizing past achievements, Chairman Nie objectively analyzed existing problems and inadequacies during the company’s development. He said, “In 2024, we were all striving hard! In 2025, we must become warriors charging forward! Not only should we innovate and break through in technology and products, but we must also strive for quality improvement and efficiency enhancement in performance and management.”


Chairman Nie pointed out that in 2025, we must clearly recognize that the world is undergoing rapid changes, with geopolitical conflicts and complex global economic situations due to major power games. Trade protection barriers are high, exchange rate fluctuations are frequent, and many enterprises find it difficult to move forward against these strong currents. Traditional enterprises are still being phased out as a "new normal". Our smart display industry is at a stage of application scenario segmentation and technological upgrading. Displays are everywhere, evolving towards higher resolution and refresh rates on one hand, and on the other, products like curved car displays, head-up displays, near-eye displays, and e-paper displays featuring interactive functions are driving more refined development of flexible display technology.


He emphasized that the marketing department, as the vanguard of the company expanding its territory, must have keen insights into subtle market changes, deeply analyze customers’ core needs, accurately target customer groups, and develop unique and touching marketing strategies. They should boldly innovate marketing models by leveraging the powerful forces of the Internet and big data, pursuing dual-track online and offline expansion, diversifying sales channels, actively conducting cross-industry collaborations to break down industry boundaries, and creating new value experiences for customers. With fearless courage and perseverance, they should conquer one market stronghold after another, promoting the company's products and services to broader horizons.


Regarding the work of management departments, Chairman Nie especially stressed that they are the backbone ensuring the company runs steadily and are key hubs for strategic execution. Improving quality and efficiency is our core mission in 2025.
