The secondary electrolyte filling machine for prismatic aluminum case batteries executes the secondary filling process, integrating formation pin removal, automated weighing & code scanning, automated cell loading/unloading in fixtures, electrolyte pump dosing and filling, positive/negative pressure dwelling cycles, post-filling weighing, vacuum helium backfilling & pin sealing, filling port cleaning, and MES data traceability transmission, operating as fully automated inline equipment.
