This equipment supports coating on substrates up to 2.4 meters wide (a relatively rare size among similar devices in the industry), attracting many professionals in the field to stop by for visits and exchanges.

The annealing furnace utilizes hot air circulation technology for passivation layer annealing crystallization, supporting multi-layer curing to enhance film performance.
